Our 60-minute boxing classes in Denver deliver high-energy, full-body workouts designed to challenge both beginners and elite athletes. Each class blends boxing techniques, strength training, and cardio conditioning to improve endurance, coordination, confidence, and overall fitness.
Whether you're brand new to boxing or ready to push your limits, our adult boxing fitness classes provide a motivating, results-driven workout in a supportive gym environment.

Classes are held every hour on the hour (excluding lunch hours). All fitness levels welcome. Please wear gym attire and workout shoes. No slides, crocs, or slippers.
